Nadeem Khan is a Managing Partner and has been at the forefront of constituting the IPR work for number of organizations. He has done so by providing them with guidance on information such as filing and drafting assistance on IPR especially in the area of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Copyright filing procedures both locally and abroad. He took proper legal recourse in the court of law for his clients, in matters related to IP. He has specialized in conveyance, vetting and interpretation of various type of contract/agreement such as joint venture, collaboration, Sale Deed, Lease consortium, Memorandum of Understanding, Special power of attorney and other Legal Document Analysing, Builder Buyer Agreement and General Power of Attorney. He has been providing assistance to various banks, top financial institutions, hospitals, domestic and foreign organizations with professional consultancy services. 

He indulges with private and public companies in matters relating to corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, Arbitrations, Intellectual Property Rights and generally matters involving businesses. He has worked in various areas and specialized in Corporate Law, Corporate Restructuring and Strategic Alliance, Foreign Collaboration Agreements and various Commercial and Civil Litigation. He is a holder of various Legal Associations.

Saqib Husain completed his Bachelors in Law from India and then went on to study Criminology for his Masters program from Sydney, Australia.  

He is an articulate, focused and professional lawyer with an expertise in handling legal issues in India and in international environment. Saqib has a strong post qualification experience which allows him to play a visible role in all areas of his profession. 

He is a self motivated and a confident lawyer with commendable communication skills which help him to play a vital role to establish his firm’s suitability and credibility with his clients. His ability to solve problems in a methodical and practical way has proven to be beneficial in finding innovative solutions to legal problems from all walk of life.

 His exceptional negotiating abilities and debating skills have helped his clients gain confidence in winning their respective legal cases. Aasim is a Patent Attorney in the Delhi office and has over 18 years of experience in diverse areas of law. His practice areas include matters related to Patent Act, general corporate & commercial, foreign investment, merger & acquisition and technology, media & broadcasting laws and has extensive experience in representing several international and domestic clients.

He has been advising clients in structuring investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions, takeover of companies, corporate restructuring, conducting legal due-diligences, foreign equity participation investment options and vehicles including regulatory aspects. Aasim also has extensive experience in drafting variety of general commercial agreements including shares purchase and shareholder agreements.

Aasim has also been closely involved in cross border acquisition of various companies (both in-bound and out-bound) and provided legal support in obtaining foreign investment approval from the Government of India.

He has extensive experience in general corporate commercial matters and has assisted multinational companies across sectors in establishing presence in India. He has advised number of e-commerce companies in implementing a legally compliant structure for undertaking business activities through e-commerce platform in India and has drafted their terms of use, privacy policy and disclaimer statements including other commercial contracts.

Aasim has advised telecom and technology companies in the areas of wireless technology and telecom laws, other service provider licenses and registrations for IT and ITeS, licensing and regulatory aspects of Software Technology Parks of India including privacy and data collection laws. He has also advised on safety and certification, environment protection and waste disposal, energy efficiency, product labeling and packaging laws for electronic and other products.

He has wide experience in the field of intellectual property laws and has advised clients in the areas of trademarks & copyrights including on issues relating to infringement prosecution.

Aasim also appears before various courts in both civil & criminal litigation matters such as the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Trial Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Forums & Commissions, Labour Courts, etc.

Rohit is an Associate Partner in the general practice of the Firm. He appears before various forums, Commissions, Tribunals, District and Sessions Court and Delhi High Court alongwith several Courts across India.

Rohit has led numerous complex criminal cases in Law Courts. He has extensive

experience in Criminal law and is highly regarded as a good lawyer in the legal

fraternity.  

Rohit has advised clients in diverse sectors (manufacturing and services)

including automobile, logistics, FMCG, power, non-conventional energy,

petroleum, retail, hospitality, healthcare, financial services, real estate, IT-ITES,

e-commerce, media and entertainment, telecom etc. on all aspects pertaining to

joint ventures, foreign investments – inbound and outbound, mergers and

acquisitions as well as private equity.

He has been closely involved in transactional matters including structuring, advising on entry strategies for foreign entities as start-ups, joint ventures, acquisitions, takeover of companies, corporate restructuring, conducting due diligences, advise on foreign equity participation and attended regulatory issues, investment options and vehicle compliances, regulatory approvals pertaining to investment, environmental, operational and employment etc. He has also participated in business strategy evolution and formulation processes with clients, vis-a-vis their new ventures and business initiatives and has advised in

establishing, operationalization and implementation of business strategies of our clients.

Apart from the above, Rohit also routinely advise clients on complex and general corporate commercial issues, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance issues as well as drafting and vetting of contractual documentation.
