Saqib Husain is a Managing Partner and completed his Bachelors in Law from India and then went on to study Criminology for his Masters program from Sydney, Australia.  

He is an articulate, focused and professional lawyer with an expertise in handling legal issues in India and in international environment. Saqib has a strong post qualification experience which allows him to play a visible role in all areas of his profession.

Nadeem Khan is a Partner and has been at the forefront of constituting the IPR work for number of organizations. He has done so by providing them with guidance on information such as filing and drafting assistance on IPR especially in the area of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Copyright filing procedures both locally and abroad. He took proper legal recourse in the court of law for his clients, in matters related to IP. Aasim is a Patent Attorney in the Delhi office and has over 18 years of experience in diverse areas of law. His practice areas include matters related to Patent Act, general corporate & commercial, foreign investment, merger & acquisition and technology, media & broadcasting laws and has extensive experience in representing several international and domestic clients.

He has been advising clients in structuring investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions, takeover of companies, corporate restructuring, conducting legal due-diligences, foreign equity participation investment options and vehicles including regulatory aspects. Aasim also has extensive experience in drafting variety of general commercial agreements including shares purchase and shareholder agreements.

Aasim has also been closely involved in cross border acquisition of various companies (both in-bound and out-bound) and provided legal support in obtaining foreign investment approval from the Government of India.

He has extensive experience in general corporate commercial matters and has assisted multinational companies across sectors in establishing presence in India. Rohit is an Associate Partner in the general practice of the Firm. He appears before various forums, Commissions, Tribunals, District and Sessions Court and Delhi High Court alongwith several Courts across India.

Rohit has led numerous complex criminal cases in Law Courts. He has extensive experience in Criminal law and is highly regarded as a good lawyer in the legal fraternity.  

Rohit has advised clients in diverse sectors (manufacturing and services) including automobile, logistics, FMCG, power, non-conventional energy, petroleum, retail, hospitality, healthcare, financial services, real estate, IT-ITES, e-commerce, media and entertainment, telecom etc. on all aspects pertaining to

joint ventures, foreign investments – inbound and outbound, mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity.
